The Maison Française d'Oxford, with the support of the Department of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of the French Embassy in London, offers one-month scholarships for doctoral students enrolled, or under co-supervision, in a French university or institution of higher education.

Please note: post-doctoral students are not eligible.
The Maison Française d'Oxford offers one-month fellowships for doctoral students wishing to pursue a research project. In addition to the amount of the scholarship (250 pounds sterling), the institution offers the doctoral student room accommodation and access to Oxford libraries.
Conditions: To be registered as a PhD student in a French university or in co-tutelle/joint supervision with a French university. Fellowships are not open to post-docs.
Amount of the scholarship: £250 plus room and transport costs up to a limit of 200€.
Number of scholarships: 12.
Duration: One full month (from 1st to 30/31).
Applications deadline: 15 October 2020.
The application shall include the following documents:
- A covering letter written in French and addressed to the Director of the Maison Française d'Oxford, not exceeding 1000 words.
- The completed application form:
- A one-page resume.
- A letter from the thesis supervisor justifying the need to work at Oxford.

The scholar will provide a report at the end of their stay.
