Campus France UK answers your most frequent questions about how to get a student visa.

What is the Études en France number and what is it for?

This is your Études en France reference number, beginning with GB. You can find it on your personal account, under your name. It is important to keep this number because you'll need it for your visa application on the France visa website.

How long does it take for Campus France UK to review my application?

The review of your file generally takes two or three working days, except between June and August when it can take up to five days.

After submitting your application, if it’s complete, a payment request  will be sent to you. Your application will be validated when payment is received. If documents are missing or some information is incorrect, the application will be sent back to you for correction so that you can make the necessary changes.

How do I get my Études en France registration certificate?

Once your application has been validated, you will receive the Etudes en France certificate by e-mail. If you have not received it, you can find it in your personal account under "Finalize the procedure". You will be asked for it at your visa appointment.
