The procedure "Etudes en France", managed by Campus France, the French agency for the promotion of French higher education abroad, does not exist in the UK as it is an EU member. As a result, if you are residing, studying in the UK and have the EU citizenship (EU, EEA), you don't have to go through any special procedure.

For international students residing in the UK with an extra-European nationality, you still don't need to go through the Etudes en France procedure since it does not exist in the UK. However, you do need to apply for a French visa and for a 1st year of Bachelor you must fill in a DAP.
