Explore 580 French Sports Training Programmes in New Campus France Catalogue
Ahead of the Paris Olympic Games 2024, Campus France has published an updated catalogue of French sports training courses for international students.
The catalogue includes 580 courses across 115 institutions, covering 50 sports and 20 academic fields, such as law, economics, management, sports training, journalism, and health. The guide provides easy access to degrees and specialisations, ranging from 2-year diplomas (DEJEPS, BTS) to doctoral programmes.
The catalogue highlights France’s diverse training environments, from mountains to coastlines, and innovative facilities. STAPS programmes (Sciences and Techniques of Physical Activities and Sports) are particularly rich, offering a wide range of courses and physical activities for health, well-being, or competition. High-level athletes can adjust their studies to accommodate their sports practice, ensuring a balanced academic and athletic life.
In addition to academic offerings, the catalogue emphasises the professional opportunities in sports-related fields, including teaching, coaching, journalism, paramedical roles, and tourism. Many institutions hold the “Bienvenue en France” certification, ensuring high-quality support and facilities for international students. Sports skills can also contribute to academic credits, making sport an integral part of the learning experience.
